Newtown Square has two sides that don’t usually sit this close together. It’s a corporate town, home to SAP America’s headquarters, the Ellis Preserve campus, and a cluster of office parks strung along West Chester Pike.
It’s also one of the more established residential areas in Delaware County, heavy on large wooded lots, estate roads, gated communities, and the country-club belt around them.
There’s no old borough downtown here; it’s a spread-out township where the commercial work sits in campuses and shopping centers and the residential work sits down long private driveways. After 25 years across both counties, we’re comfortable at either end of that.
What we do in Newtown Square
For commercial clients we handle service upgrades, office and campus fit-outs, retail and restaurant work in places like Ellis Preserve, parking lot and building lighting, EV charging stations, and the on-call maintenance that keeps a working building running. With this much corporate and retail space packed into one township, it’s the kind of work the area calls for constantly. More on the commercial electrical page.
For homeowners we do whole-house wiring and rewires, panel and service upgrades, kitchen and bath renovations, recessed lighting, and the landscape and architectural lighting that suits the larger properties out here, along with EV charger installations. Newtown Square’s estate homes and wooded lots tend toward the involved, higher-end end of residential work, which is comfortable ground for us. More on the residential electrical page.
For backup power, we install and wire standby generators for homes and businesses around Newtown Square, sized to what the property actually needs. On the larger properties out here, whole-house coverage is often the goal, especially where a well, a sump pump, or a home office can’t afford to go down. More on the generator installation page.
