West Chester’s building stock is about as varied as it gets in Chester County. There are older borough homes with aging wiring that needs a careful hand, newer construction going up out toward Birmingham and Pocopson, and plenty of Victorians and farmhouses scattered through the townships.
The commercial side runs just as wide, from small offices around Gay and High Streets to retail along the pikes, professional buildings near the courthouse, and light industrial out closer to Route 202. After 25 years working out of here, there’s very little of it we haven’t run into.
